MATTHEW GAVIN FRANK

Matthew Gavin Frank is the author of the nonfiction books, The Mad Feast: An Ecstatic Tour through America’s Food (W.W. Norton, 2015), Preparing the Ghost: An Essay Concerning the Giant Squid and Its First Photographer (W.W. Norton, 2014), Pot Farm (University of Nebraska Press, 2012), and Barolo (University of Nebraska Press, 2010). His poetry collections include Warranty in Zulu (Barrow Street Press, 2010), Sagittarius Agitprop (Black Lawrence Press, 2009), and two chapbooks. His work has appeared in numerous journals and magazines, including The Kenyon Review, Iowa Review, Salon,and The Normal School. He teaches at Northern Michigan University, where he is the nonfiction/hybrids editor of Passages North.  end
