Matt Donovan’s first book of poems, Vellum (Houghton Mifflin, 2007), won the Bakeless Literary Publication Prize in Poetry and the 2008 Levis Reading Prize. His poems have appeared in Poetry, AGNI, and The American Poetry Review. A recipient of the National Endowment for the Arts fellowship, Donovan is the chair of the Creative Writing and Literature Department at Santa Fe University of Art and Design.
