Andrew Hudgins is the author of seven poetry collections, including A Clown at Midnight: Poems (Mariner Books, 2013), American Renderings: New and Selected Poems (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, 2010), and Ecstatic in the Poison (The Overlook Press, 2003). He is the author of the nonfiction book The Joker: A Memoir (Simon & Schuster, 2013). Hudgins’s awards and honors include the Witter Bynner Award for Poetry, the Hanes Poetry Prize, the Harper Lee Award, and fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts, the John Simon Guggenheim Foundation, and the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference. He teaches at Ohio State University.  end
